Case Study – Breast Implants Revision

Our team has years of experience meaning you are in excellent hands

This 50yr old otherwise well client had primary subpectoral breast augmentation (breast enlargement) by another surgeon several years before. The implants were too high and caused unwanted volume and distortion near the armpits which affected the patient’s ability to wear desired clothing and caused her personal and social embarrassment.

Revision surgery was performed which reduced and reshaped the implant pocket (the space where the breast implants sit) and the pre-existing 295cc round implants were replaced with 330cc Mentor CPG 321 anatomical implants. The unwanted volume in the armpit area has been substantially reduced and a more pleasing breast shape was achieved.
